Live package maximum bonuses are ₹50,000, ₹70,000, ₹80,000 and ₹1,00,000, and the maximum bonus bet is stated per step. The crash package caps payout at 100% of the awarded bonus plus 100% of the deposit. Cancelling a bonus forfeits the bonus, its winnings and the wagered deposit. Is 9Winz licensed and legal for Indian players?
9Winz is operated by Globis N.V., a Curaçao company (no. 155962). The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for licence OGL/2024/1194/0723 lists the status as Active, but it names a different domain from the mirror address we were given, so coverage of that address is unconfirmed, and it shows a grant date of 12 August 2025 against 14 August 2025 in the site footer. The FAQ still quotes an older licence number, which is a transparency weakness.
More important for readers in India, a Curaçao licence is not an Indian authorisation. The Government of India states that the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 completely bans online money games of chance, skill or both, and that banks and payment systems may not process linked transactions (PIB, 30 April 2026). 9Winz publishes no Indian licence or registration.
