For anyone who loves online live casinos, you’ll surely want to check out this ‘totally tubular’ new 80s themed poker game, Side Bet Citys! It’s great for any level of player and provides a very user-friendly experience. Keep reading below to learn more about the new game, Side Bet City, from Evolution Gaming! (Don’t forget your walkman!)
What is Side Bet City?
Side Bet City is a themed poker room set in 1985 Las Vegas. This gaming environment is easy to play, the rounds move fast, and it’s great fun! It’s even suitable for players who are new to the game and are looking for an easy introduction. Experienced players will also enjoy this game, thanks in part to the large payouts (up to 1,000 to 1).
While many online poker players have played online live casino games with live dealers before, Side Bet City brings something unique to the table: a themed environment that is every bit as high quality as the gameplay itself.
The game features a beautiful 80’s-themed design, complete with bright neon lights and multiple players get to all play together in the same game. The design of the game is intended to represent the best of mid-80s summer nights in the big city, full of bright colors and urban buzz. The dealers are dressed in sleek 80s inspired fashion that really allows the player to transport back in time to a Las Vegas casino in 1985.
How Does Side Bet City Work?
In this exciting new big payout game, players can bet on one of three hands: 3-card, 5-card, or 7-card (or any combination of these), or they can choose the ‘All Lose’ option. Once the player has made their bet, they do not need to make any further decisions. Simply kick back and wait to see if you’ve won.
Bets are not made against the dealer, but instead, against a paytable. The dealer draws seven cards from a single deck and winning hands are determined based on standard poker draws. When the dealer draws the first three cards, they will be shown face-up, which will showcase the hand for those who bet on the 3-card draw. Next, two more cards are drawn, which will showcase the hand for those who bet on the 5-card draw. The last two cards are then drawn to showcase the hand for those who bet on the 7-card hand. In order to win the ‘All Lose’ option, players would have had to bet on this option and then they win the hand as long as none of the three hands won. Players cannot bet on both a hand and the ‘All Lose’ option.
Once a round has been completed, a lightning strike will appear which will add a random multiplier to the winnings, as long as the player has placed a bet on a number that was struck by the lightning bolt.
